Prepared for FetTech, LLC · ReyaGel
A full rebuild of reyagel.com, built around Danielle's deck and moved onto a platform you will not outgrow.
Prepared by Dimple Thakkar and Caresse Eakin, SYNHERGY, for Juliet Hahn, Shaira Webley, and Danielle Fette.
Prepared solely for FetTech, LLC and its named recipients. The strategy, structure, format, and pricing here are the intellectual property of SYNHERGY. Please do not share or forward it, and specifically not to other agencies, without our written permission.
Doctors skim, see a picture, and reach the wrong conclusion. Patients arrive interested and leave overwhelmed.
Danielle's deck is a clean, sequenced story. It belongs on the site. Right now it is not there.
Every submission entered by hand, every provider walked through several emails. Most never finish.
WHY US FOR THIS ONE
We sit where marketing and health technology overlap, which is a narrow place to sit. We have built compliant marketing for regulated medical work, including HIPAA compliant patient recruitment for a metastatic breast cancer study at USC.
You raised this yourself. You know a ceiling is coming, and you do not want to pay for a site that has to be rebuilt in a year.
It got you here, and it is fine for a brochure. The strain shows when you need workflows it was never built to run.
That is why your process already lives in patches. A Google Doc, a Zapier connection, four emails, and Shai in the middle.
Members, store, automations, and app connections are native rather than bolted on. Add each piece when you are ready, no rebuild.
Hosting runs roughly $30 to $40 a month, and your team can update content without waiting on us.
The part that matters as you grow.
The rebuild costs roughly the same on either platform. The difference is what happens after it launches.
You are already at the edge of what Squarespace does comfortably. The Google Doc, the Zapier connection, the four separate emails: none of that is how anyone would design the process. It is what got built because the platform could not do it directly.
Every new thing you add as you scale, another automation, another integration, another product line, either becomes one more patch like those or becomes a no. Wix leaves room to keep adding without starting over.
Nothing goes dark during the move. Your current site stays live while the new one is built alongside it, then we point the domain across.
Not included here, and listed as add ons below so nothing is assumed: the online store, automated NPI verification, animation, and the two feature builds. Provider approval stays a human step, with Shai verifying NPI numbers as she does today.
These move a lot depending on what you want, so each gets its own short discovery call and a written scope before we give a final number. Starting points below, not ceilings. All optional.
Your current site has a cart, and the store is an add on, so the rebuild launches without one unless you add it. We would rather say that now than on launch day. Three ways this goes:
What we need to decide it: walk us through the current store on a screen share, the way Shai showed us the provider flow. We want to see what is in it before anyone commits to a number.
Scoped to complete in 8 to 12 weeks from kick off for the core rebuild. Add ons extend that, and we will give you a revised timeline when each one is scoped. Final timing also depends on how quickly content, approvals, and access come back, and we will always tell you when something is waiting on us.
WORKING TOGETHER
Not here to be restrictive. Here so we both work from the same picture of what is included and who is responsible for what. If anything reads wrong, tell us before you sign.
Reply when you are ready and we will send the scope of work and contract. Any questions before that, just ask.
