Website proposal

Prepared for FetTech, LLC  ·  ReyaGel

A site that tells your story as well as you do.

A full rebuild of reyagel.com, built around Danielle's deck and moved onto a platform you will not outgrow.

Prepared by Dimple Thakkar and Caresse Eakin, SYNHERGY, for Juliet Hahn, Shaira Webley, and Danielle Fette.

CONFIDENTIAL

Prepared solely for FetTech, LLC and its named recipients. The strategy, structure, format, and pricing here are the intellectual property of SYNHERGY. Please do not share or forward it, and specifically not to other agencies, without our written permission.

01

Where things stand

The site talks too much

Doctors skim, see a picture, and reach the wrong conclusion. Patients arrive interested and leave overwhelmed.

The fix is already written

Danielle's deck is a clean, sequenced story. It belongs on the site. Right now it is not there.

Intake runs on Shai

Every submission entered by hand, every provider walked through several emails. Most never finish.

WHY US FOR THIS ONE

We sit where marketing and health technology overlap, which is a narrow place to sit. We have built compliant marketing for regulated medical work, including HIPAA compliant patient recruitment for a metastatic breast cancer study at USC.

02

Why we would move you off Squarespace

You raised this yourself. You know a ceiling is coming, and you do not want to pay for a site that has to be rebuilt in a year.

IF YOU STAY
Squarespace

It got you here, and it is fine for a brochure. The strain shows when you need workflows it was never built to run.

That is why your process already lives in patches. A Google Doc, a Zapier connection, four emails, and Shai in the middle.

IF YOU MOVE
Wix

Members, store, automations, and app connections are native rather than bolted on. Add each piece when you are ready, no rebuild.

Hosting runs roughly $30 to $40 a month, and your team can update content without waiting on us.

The part that matters as you grow.

The rebuild costs roughly the same on either platform. The difference is what happens after it launches.

You are already at the edge of what Squarespace does comfortably. The Google Doc, the Zapier connection, the four separate emails: none of that is how anyone would design the process. It is what got built because the platform could not do it directly.

Every new thing you add as you scale, another automation, another integration, another product line, either becomes one more patch like those or becomes a no. Wix leaves room to keep adding without starting over.

Nothing goes dark during the move. Your current site stays live while the new one is built alongside it, then we point the domain across.

03

The rebuild

ReyaGel website rebuild
Redesigned, rewritten where it needs it, rebuilt on Wix.
$9,500 one time flat fee
Paid in three stages across the build.
DESIGN AND STRUCTURE
  • Full redesign, up to 10 pages, keeping your current structure unless a change is clearly an improvement.
  • Built for both audiences at once: the clinician who skims, and the patient who needs to understand.
  • Less text, better hierarchy. The information stays, it stops arriving all at once.
  • Responsive and tested on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
YOUR CONTENT, PROPERLY PLACED
  • Danielle's deck integrated: the ECM story, why composition matters, how the multi tissue platform came to be.
  • Finished copy and finished visuals from us, working from what Danielle has written, with your approval throughout.
  • Static graphics and diagrams built from your existing brand and imagery.
  • One design question settled early: your deck is cream, navy, and gold, the site is black. We agree a direction before design begins.
YOUR INTAKE FORMS
  • Both applications rebuilt, provider and patient.
  • Submissions flow into HubSpot automatically. Nobody copies details across by hand.
  • Marketing consent captured correctly, so the newsletter reaches the people who opted in and only them.
LAUNCH
  • Content migrated, full testing, then we point the domain and go live.
  • A walkthrough so your team can update content yourselves.

Not included here, and listed as add ons below so nothing is assumed: the online store, automated NPI verification, animation, and the two feature builds. Provider approval stays a human step, with Shai verifying NPI numbers as she does today.

04

Add ons

These move a lot depending on what you want, so each gets its own short discovery call and a written scope before we give a final number. Starting points below, not ceilings. All optional.

Automated provider verification
Starts at $3,500
The one we would do first. The public NPI registry has an API, so the lookup Shai does by hand could happen automatically, with the record saved for your audit trail. Approval stays human. We would also collapse the email chain into something a provider can actually finish.
Online store
Starts at $2,500
Your store rebuilt on the new site, with access restricted so only approved providers can reach it. We need to see what you have today before quoting this properly.
ECM evolution timeline
Starts at $1,800
A designed, scrollable timeline of how the technology developed and where the multi tissue platform fits. This is the piece that makes a clinician stop and read.
The founder story
Starts at $1,200
A proper feature on Danielle and Clay, the way FetTech has one and ReyaGel does not. A wound care nurse and a tissue engineer who built this themselves earns trust product copy cannot.
Product animation
Starts at $2,500
Motion built around the product and packaging. Deliberately not a depiction of healing or mechanism of action, in line with the position your counsel has taken.
FetTech.com
Starts at $7,500
Noted here only so it is on the table for when you are ready. Scoped separately with its own discovery call.
05

Your store

Your current site has a cart, and the store is an add on, so the rebuild launches without one unless you add it. We would rather say that now than on launch day. Three ways this goes:

1You add the store, orders are live. Squarespace stays running quietly until every outstanding order ships and settles, then retires.
2You add the store, orders are not really running through it. We move everything at once and Squarespace goes away on launch day.
3You hold off. The site launches without a cart, ordering continues as it does today, and we add the store later without rebuilding.

What we need to decide it: walk us through the current store on a screen share, the way Shai showed us the provider flow. We want to see what is in it before anyone commits to a number.

06

How it runs

  1. 1
    KICK OFF
Confirm access, agree the design direction, lock the page list.
  2. 2
    DESIGN
You see the design before anything is built, and we work through it together.
  3. 3
    BUILD
Built on Wix alongside your live site, forms wired into HubSpot.
  4. 4
    LAUNCH
You review, we test across devices, then point the domain and walk your team through it.

Scoped to complete in 8 to 12 weeks from kick off for the core rebuild. Add ons extend that, and we will give you a revised timeline when each one is scoped. Final timing also depends on how quickly content, approvals, and access come back, and we will always tell you when something is waiting on us.

08

The fine print

Not here to be restrictive. Here so we both work from the same picture of what is included and who is responsible for what. If anything reads wrong, tell us before you sign.

  1. This is a working document, not an agreement. A full scope of work and contract follow for signature before work begins.
  2. The rebuild covers up to 10 pages. Additional pages, templates, or languages are quoted separately and agreed in writing.
  3. Two rounds of revisions at design, two at build. Further rounds, or changes to something already approved, run at $200 per hour, flagged and approved by you first.
  4. Add on prices are starting points, not quotes. Each needs its own discovery call and written scope before a final price. Nothing is built or billed on a starting figure alone.
  5. If the work turns out materially bigger than described, we stop, show you what we found, and requote that part before continuing. No invoice you did not agree to first.
  6. Timelines assume timely input. Content, imagery, approvals, and access coming back within a few business days keeps things on schedule. Delays shift delivery.
  7. Content and assets come from you. Photography, logos, product and clinical imagery, case study material, and Danielle's source content. Original photography, stock licensing, custom illustration, and video production are not included.
  8. All medical, clinical, and regulatory claims remain yours. You and your counsel review and approve every claim and piece of copy before it goes live. SYNHERGY does not provide legal, medical, or regulatory advice.
  9. Provider verification stays a human step on your side. Even with the automated add on, the lookup is assistive. Approving a provider, and responsibility for who is approved, remains with FetTech.
  10. Privacy, consent, and data protection remain your responsibility, including your privacy policy, cookie notices, terms of use, and obligations attaching to the information you collect. We build what you direct and flag anything needing your counsel.
  11. Third party costs are paid directly by you and not marked up: Wix plans and hosting, apps, domains, email and CRM platforms, stock media, fonts, paid integrations.
  12. We are not responsible for third party platforms themselves. Feature availability, outages, pricing and policy changes, and technical limits on Wix or HubSpot sit outside our control. We flag them as soon as we know and propose alternatives.
  13. Ownership transfers on final payment. The finished site and its content are yours. SYNHERGY retains our own methods, templates, and tools, and this proposal and its format. We would like to show the work in our portfolio and will ask first.
  14. Launch includes a 14 day window for fixes. Anything broken or not working as specified is corrected free. Beyond that, new requests and upkeep are quoted separately.
  15. Built and tested for current versions of the major browsers on desktop, tablet, and mobile. Older or discontinued browsers are out of scope.
  16. Outcomes are not guaranteed. Rankings, traffic, enquiry volume, and sales depend on your market, product, and timing. We commit to the work and its standard, not a specific result.
  17. Either side can stop. Work completed to that point is billable, anything paid beyond it is returned. Deposits covering work already performed are not refundable.
  18. This proposal is confidential and remains the intellectual property of SYNHERGY, including its structure, strategy, format, and pricing.

We would love to build this for you.

Let's get started

Reply when you are ready and we will send the scope of work and contract. Any questions before that, just ask.
